Schedules are always changing, but it’s great to have a general idea of when and where you can support your favorite sports team in Salt Lake City.
Schedules come and schedules go, week to week, month to month, year to year, but generally they’re usually pretty similar aren’t they. New Year comes the week after Christmas, Easter comes a few weeks after Lent (40 days actually) and the skiing season usually starts a few days before the snow actually arrives (well, it’s not supposed to be that way but what with global warming and all).
Salt Lake City has some avid sports fans, well, let’s face it, in Salt Lake City there’s plenty of sport worth supporting isn’t there, and they all know what’s happening and when (well, they have to so that they can get their tickets ordered in good time). Let’s take a look at a typical schedule for Salt Lake City Sports.
The Salt Lake Bees play Minor League Baseball, with the season starting early April and running through to September – a really fantastic way to spend a summer’s evening, with the backdrop of the beautiful Wasatch Mountains.
Utah Blaze play regularly through the summer at the E Center, always a great nights entertainment for true fans or those who just fancy a change of scenery and a bit of excitement in their lives.
Utah Grizzlies start their season proper around the middle of September, so if you’re all wondering what to do with your spare evenings once the baseball has finished, wonder no more. Swop a ball for a puck and take to the ice! Ice Ice Baby.
